So you’re looking to elope? Maybe you started wedding planning and realized this big day full of obligations to everyone else has pushed your own vision to the bottom of the list. Or maybe you’ve always known that a big day with 100+ people to cater to just doesn’t sound like the day for you.

Have you dreamed about an adventure of a lifetime—maybe frolicking through a field of wildflowers with snow-capped mountains in the distance, or wandering along a dirt path surrounded by ancient nature?
Yes, yes. All or some of this sounds right up your alley, but now you’re not sure how to go about planning this adventure.
Well friends, that’s where I come in! When you work with me, I’m here to be your adventure planner and photographer all in one. But before you book with me, I’m offering you a few free tips to get the process started. 😉
First, jot down some of your visions for the day. — What landscape are you leaning toward? Mountains, fields, desert, ocean, eastern rolling hills? Figuring out the general landscape — even if you don’t know the exact location is the best place to start! I can help brainstorm and share ideas to fit this vision.
Next, think about a general budget. —
I wish we all had unlimited budgets when planning such a beautiful, memorable day, but we do have to factor in things like plane tickets, lodging, food, transportation, etc. Popular locations tend to be more costly, and longer stays are something to keep in mind as well. If you need to stay closer to home, never fear! I’ll travel anywhere and am more than happy to do extensive research to find the dreamiest locations closest to you.
Number three to consider is whether you want friends or family to come along. —
Think about your people—are they campers, or will they need accommodations like a hotel or cabin? Can grandma do a strenuous hike to your ceremony spot, or should we find a very light and accessible walking path? These things also help determine which package fits best. Maybe you want an easily accessible ceremony for family, then later in the day the three of us go on a bigger adventure! Some locations require permits for ceremonies, some don’t, but a determining factor at many locations is the guest count (typically 10+ people). All important info to keep in mind if you’re bringing guests.
Also, if you plan on bringing a furry friend, we’ll want to look at pet-friendly areas too!
The most important thing I’d love for you to consider is your biggest dreams. —
If you haven’t already inquired with me, I’d love to chat about what you envision for your big (or little) day. I’m here to make this as magical as possible. I want you two fully present in the moment, focused on each other, laughing, exploring, soaking it all in.
If you’re adventurous and want to go horseback riding or jump into an alpine lake, I’m all here for it! Maybe you’re quieter and dreaming of a moody evening at a winery, or a slow, intimate morning spent getting ready and writing your vows over coffee. Whatever you imagine, come to the table with your ideas flowing, and I’m here to organize them and bring them to life.
If you’re ready to chat, fill out the inquiry form and let’s get this process started! I can’t wait to meet you.
